HOUSTON, Texas (Dec. 5, 2011)—SightLine Health, the Houston-headquartered corporation that provides cancer care in three states, is reorganizing current operations into two subsidiary corporations: SightLine Oncology Services and SightLine Development Corporation. The change is effective January 1, 2012.
SightLine Oncology Services will focus on the clinical-operations aspects of cancer care and SightLine Development Corporation will focus on developing new facilities and managing the physical assets of the company’s current and upcoming cancer centers.
